(A) Business supplies Department of Student Life tent with one handout for distribution to the MSU Student community at a central table inside the vendor tent. The handout must be dropped off on the day of the event, between 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.

(B) Business provides a minimum of one(1) representative to staff a clothed display booth located inside the vendor tent. Great opportunity for drawings, giveaways, distribution of information on your business, etc.!

(C) Same as sponsorship package B (above), but the booth comes with an electrical connection/outlet. Great opportunity for showing videos, announcements, PowerPoint presentations, etc.!

(D) Same as sponsorship package C (above), plus the business will provide an entertainment activity. Entertainment is subject to the approval of the Department of Student Life. Business representative must meet with Fred Watson, Assistant Director, prior to the event. Contact Amanda at 517.355.8286 to set-up an appointment.

(E) Same as sponsorship opportunity C (above), plus business sponsors one of three 40' x 260' student organization tents. The business will provide a cloth or vinyl 2' x 8' banner to display at the tent, and the Department of Studen Life will provide the necessary grommets for each corner and the middle. Each banner is subject to the Department of Student Life approval.

(F) A licensed, approved food supplier provides food/beverages to participants free of charge.

(G) A licensed, approved food supplier prepares and sells food/beverages on site.
