Volunteers Needed

11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Put table cloths & ID’s on 300 + tables.
- Place a trash bag at each table.
- Set-up the check-in table for each tent.
- Set-up restroom and other signs and posters.
- Place banners on Student Life tent.
3 p.m. – 10 p.m.

Monitor the barricaded entrances.
3 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- Check in organizations and direct them to their assigned table.
- Check in vendors and direct them to their assigned table.
- Distribute programs to organizations and vendors.

Monitor the student organization booths to ensure approved food/beverage distribution/raffles. The sale of any items is prohibited at this event.

Remind each organization put trash in provided trash bags.

Assist the Department of Student Life with distributing free items.

Distribute programs to general, public participants.
7 p.m. – 9 p.m. (2)
- Help Student Life staff as needed.

Assist with litter control and the gathering of table cloths.
